After years of integrating a table on my website with Table Master, suddenly behaviour has changed and I can’t find how to rectify it. Only the first 100 rows of my table are showing, and it won’t scroll down to the rest (there are 1300+ rows).

Try resyncing your sheet.

Remove the sheet and reload from table master settings. Simply put the link of the spreadsheet - Adding and Setting Up the Table Master App | Help Center | Wix.com
I’ve done all that - but done it again just now just to be sure. I’ve made sure I’ve refreshed all webpages too when browsing after saving and publishing. I’ve checked the Google Sheets table by pasting the URL directly onto another browser tab - and all 1348 lines do show. But still only the first 100 lines show, with no opportunity to scroll any further, on my webpage. This is really weird. It only started happening in the last couple of days after years of seamless performance, and I’m certain I didn’t alter any settings.
In that case, you should contact the support.
I can give you a very easy alternative however…
You can export your google sheet as .csv files, After that Go to your website’s CMS and import the csv file(wix now supports CSV import for CMS) . It will add all the items in your collection. Once done, simply add a normal table and link the column to each of your CMS collection field. You can also use the repeater.
