Tagging Labels with Customer Imports

Question:
I am trying to import customers from a .csv file. I am trying to use labels already in the Wix customer system but I can’t figure out how to configure the spreadsheet so that it uses the right label once imported. Again, these labels are already in the Wix system.

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to label imported customers as either Residential or Commercial. I have these labels set up in the Wix Editor. I need help configuring the spreadsheet to import the .csv file. Thanks!

I believe the Wix Import give you the option to map the csv field to its own.

I tried doing that but it didn’t work. It’s possible that I am not formatting the csv file correctly to communicate with the label I already have in place on the backend of Wix.

Add a demo customer in Wix contacts first then export its csv. Compare it with your and match it. Or even better, just add your contact clumns directly in the Wix’s contact csv file you download.
