Tail Forms has suddenly stopped working on my Wix website. When I try to access it, I get the following error:
“sso.ikonvert.ai refused to connect.”
Could you please let me know what might be causing this issue and what I can do to fix it?
@Rita_Vale , that error means ikonvert’s own server is rejecting the connection - that’s on Tail Forms’ side, not Wix. Try it in an incognito window with extensions off first, ad blockers love killing “sso.” subdomains. If it still fails there, it’s an outage or cert issue on their end, worth pinging ikonvert support directly since Wix can’t fix a third-party app’s backend.
