Wix Forms (Old) issue - Users can't sign up

Hi All & @noahlovell,

May I ask if anyone is facing issues with Wix Forms (Old), where users can’t seem to sign up?

I’m having issues with the sumbit button and captcha, where the CAPTCHA just keeps loading without stop.

Hi all,

Managed to isolate the bug. It is the Captcha that exist in the Wix Form (Old).

It would not be resolved and would keep showing Captcha questions.

Had to remove the whole Captcha to sidestep this. Hiding / Collapsing it won’t work.

Hey! Glad to hear you found the cause and have a way forward.

I’m not aware of any issues.

You mention signup - is this signup as in “logging in as a member”, or signup in the sense that this is like a registration form?

Apologies for the late reply - have been meaning to circle back so that the community could benefit if it was a common problem, but have been swarmed.

It relates to Member Form Sign up, and the form I was using was the Old Member Signup form. Not sure why, but Captcha could not resolve. And this happened to a couple of our members.
