Question:
I have a simple subscription form that collects email and 1 multi-choice question.
The multi choice question lets subscribers indicate what they are interested in receiving information on.
This is saved in the form CMS collection, and the email is saved as a contact.
I obviously want to then target subscribers based on their interests, but there is no option for using this in any of the automation pathways.
My idea for a solution is to perhaps add a label to the contact based on their choices when they submit the form via back-end code?
Then use this label to create a segment?
Am I missing an easier option?
