Hi, I am seeking help to able to make multiple selections in my current Multistep forms. Currently, I can only have one option for the user to select. See below examples;

Can anyone please advise me on the best method for this?

Hi Peter, Yes, I just drew it and works pretty well it is more a progress tracker and only appears on Desktop. Thanks
Yes anchor menus will only appear on desktop and not on mobile sites.

Note:
Anchor menus are not displayed on your mobile-friendly site.
You can also look at using a progress bar for this too, however for your setup in the pics shown in your original post, the anchor menu design works much better.
