I build a new form following Wix Bookings: Setting Up a Waiver | Help Center | Wix.com these steps. However, I am getting an error when I try to submit it “Form wasn’t submitted due to a technical issue. Try again in a moment.” Did try again a couple of times later but still didn’t work
