The Wix Designer certification page doesn't load

Question:
I’m trying to enroll for the Wix Designer certification. I clicked on “Get Cetified” and the agreed to the terms of use. The authetication and sync to Wix profile started and now the progress in stuck on “Updating data” for a long time.

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to access the details of the first step in the Certification process

What have you already tried:
I have tried resetting the cache memory, disabled extensions and add-ins, tried different browers and devices - nothing seems to work. As it gets stuck at the same step.

I’m still waiting on the resolution. Still haven’t gone past that loading page

Yeah, same here. I still get the same error.

I am having the same issue where the wix certifcation page is not loading and is stuck on ‘updating data’. I have tired multiple differenent browsers and I also have a strong wifi connection so they are not the possible issues. I believe the issue is on Wix’s end and hope that they can resolve it soon. Let me know if there is any way of bypassing this problem.

I just wanted to let you know it’s resolved for me now and I can see the Recreate a site page. I didn’t do anything new or different. Just tried in Safari and it worked this time. I hope it also works for you.
