Third Party code not working

Hi there! I’m trying to embed a code which has been given to me by a third party provider (our database system) for our Sign Up/Sign In box which sits on their site- the code is below - any ideas why it’s not working? Have tried putting it in via the Add then More then “HTML iframe” function and “Embed A Site” function, and both are coming up with a blank box or just code in it.

The code that have just loads the script, but it doesn’t execute the code.

You will need to request from the service provider to provide you with fully functioning code that can be embedded in an iFrame (the Wix Code HtmlComponent).
