Thumbnail preview

I’m having trouble with
creating a thumbnail image preview associated with my home page link. I have uploaded the image in ‘Social share’ tab, published it, but still it is not appearing on FB/WA.
I have checked in facebook debugger and it shows warning message like this-

• Image Unavailable

  Provided og:image, https://www.bengaliweddingcards.com could not be downloaded. This can happen due to several different reasons such as your server using unsupported content-encoding. The crawler accepts deflate and gzip content encodings.

I checked the FB debugger as well and I see it working on Facebook, Whatsapp and the debugger though I do get the same error.

For that, I think it could be related to the image type or image size, or simply that there is an issue with the image itself; you could try uploading to the suggested size and format listed here.
