Is it possible to create free pricing plans without showing the $0.00?

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to offer three different one-time purchase “plans” to customers. There is a flat fee for each plan, but I don’t want to charge customers without talking to them first. Think of this as a tiered shop model, you can get a design with XYZ, XY, or just X for different prices. Being these are custom projects I would like to discuss the option they want first before accepting their money, I honestly don’t mind accepting payments in person so “Free” is fine, but it shows $0 still on the pricing plans widget.
What have you already tried:
I have tried using the shop section, bookings, and pricing plans with no luck on either. I think I’ve gotten the closest with both bookings and pricing plans- with the look of pricing plans being the ideal method.
Additional information:
I’m thinking there might be something I can do with pricing plans free trial, but could be wrong. I think this still might run into problems with me wanting it to be a one-off payment instead of recurring.
