Transfer of domain name

Hi, I have only recently purchased a domain name from Bluehost and need to transfer the domain so I can use it on my new Wix site, but it says I have to wait 60 days before I can transfer it. Is this genuine or is there another way I transfer it quicker?

Sorry to say its genuine and a general rule for all domain registrars. You can connect the domain in the meantime: Connecting a Domain to the Wix Name Servers | Help Center | Wix.com
