Trying to understand scroll effects

Hi everyone!

I’m not new to Wix, having created a ton of sites in the regular editor over the years. I’m not a coder but have a basic understanding of code and used several code snippets in Wix for certain effects.

Now I’m trying to understand the slightly different Editor X to build my first site there, but I’m having a tough time understanding/finding effects in some templates I want to use…

For example in this one here:

For the life of me I cannot figure out how or find the functionality applied to e.g. the top part scrolling down, when the first box scrolls over the background, then stops until the second box comes up and then both scroll up together out of the frame. I know the background is just sitting put in the back, but what determines the timing of each box and when to move on…

I looked at every setting for sections, objects etc (at least I think I did) and cannot find any hint of option to adjust or at least see and understand the effect.

What I’m looking for is mainly to understand where to look and then take it from there trying to figure the rest out myself, but I’m stuck at the beginning.

Any quick tip or help is highly appreciated!!! :slight_smile:
