Two sign up forms to mailchimp

I would like to have 2 forms that go to mailchimp but set off two separate email campaigns. Is this possible?

I have two email campaigns that I would like to implements on mailchimp.

  1. Free 30 day nutrition advice. 2. 10 days at home work outs.

I have built separate landing pages for the individual sign up boxes but they both get sent to the same audience in mailchimp.
