Setting up multiple forms with different sender details

Hi,

I’m setting up a landing page for a client on MY Wix website. I’m on the core plan. I have my own form on my website with my sender details in it. I’ve added a WIX form to the landing page for my client and want all enquiries to go to the client and have them respond to e-mails directly (their name and e-mail). It’s asking me to upgrade my e-mail plan, but I’m not ready to do that at this stage.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this? Like adding the client as a collaborator?

I tried adding a different form builder (123forms), but i think that still wanted to send enquiries to me, not the client.

My other option is to just embed a form from a 3rd party, but I’d rather stick to WIX. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Paul

If you simply want to redirect the form submissions to a specific email address, you can do so following the steps in this article - Wix Forms: Choosing Who Gets Notified About Form Submissions | Help Center | Wix.com - it should be as simple as creating an automation for each form, using the send an email action, and then adding them as a recipient (you can add them as a site contact, and then use the contact as the recipient)

Brilliant, that worked, thanks Noah!

One thing I always do with multiple forms like this is rename the ‘Internal Name’ of each form in the builder. It makes it way easier to keep track of which automation belongs to which client when you’re looking at your dashboard later.
