Unable to create a new database collection

Hello Everyone. When I try to create a new database collection, a white box appears with no content in it. I see the behavior on Edge, Chrome, and FireFox browsers. I’ve seen this matter brought up in older discussion threads… but none seem to provide a clear solution or explanation as to why this happens.

Any ideas or insight on this behavior and how to work around it? Thank you.

FYI… It appears that my issue is connection related. I was in the office when I was trying create my database collection. I’m at home now (on my home network) and everything is appearing as it should.
