I have followed the step-by-step guide to create New Collection in Database. However, once the New Collection page has been created, the page is empty, where there is no available button for me to add ‘Field’.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, what is the browser you are using? Maybe you can also share a screenshot of console if there are any errors in it, for us to help understand the root cause.

Can you please share your website address and console screenshot? You can enable console on Safari via Develop>Show Javascript console. This will help us identify the problem and make a fix.

It relates to a browser version, so meanwhile you can use different browser, or update Safari to newest version - that should work.

Thank you for the solutions. It works when I tried it on Google Chrome.
