Frustrated With the Wix help center

For the past two days I have been having editor issues where my page freezes in the middle of a normal editing process. The big issue is when that happens I loose everything I have just done, I have to close out the site, close my browser and restart everything every time it happens, and it has increased in happening way to often. I have cleared cache, switched browsers, shut down and restarted all in vain. Nothing seems to make any difference. I have been working on my wix projects for years and especially in the last couple of years and have only had this issue one time before, and it went away after a few hours. now it has been two days.

But the real frustrating part is I can’t get any place in the support center other than caught in a dead end loop of questions that do not get to the issue. I really get upset when I have so many great projects I am working on in the wix platform and can’t get any help for issues that don’t fall into the prerecorded and automated response network.

The other issue is I do have 4 premium sites on wix but I am still in the pioneer member (3 premium) that has no real help privilege’s. I should be upgraded to the next level where I have been before and had access to the premium help.

Can someone tell me how to get past the automation and into a real person for actual support?

Thanks in advance, for anything you can do!

I am usually frustrated as well, but keep in mind that they have six million users. That’s a lot… And what you describe looks like a very frustrating bug, difficult to reproduce. Hope the product manager looks at the thread here.

Hi Bill, have you opened a support request? Are you having trouble requesting a callback? If so, can you provide me with the ticket number? I can have someone give you a call.

For some reason I can’t even find a place to submit a ticket. I exhausted all the help avenues and all I got was run in circles. Where can I submit a ticket?

Refer to this link . Make sure you’re logged into your Wix account.

That’s where I have been going for hours but it doesn’t let me submit a ticket or get a call back. It just keeps me in a never ending loop of scenarios that don’t fit my problem.

Bill, if the problem is not listed. Click on other, eventually it will give you the option to request a callback.

I somehow broke the loop and did submit a ticket, don’t ask me how. Unfortunately, it went over the event horizon, never to come back.

Thanks for your help Steven, But That’s what I thought too, so I have been to the end of the options at least 10 times and nothing gives me an option for a ticket or a call back. It is really frustrating. I just did it again and got the same result. There has got to be a better way to submit a ticket. I am all for going through the automation but there should be a more prevalent “Submit A Ticket” choice a lot sooner. I have lost the best part of this day trying to find a problem that has shut my whole editing experience down and I really need to move on! And I have 4 premium sites and have had for over a month of which I should have qualified for the Priority service. I have had that before and it was great. But then I shut down one of my sites and it went a way. But I have now went premium on another and still no action to make me qualified for the priority service yet. I don’t know what to do from here???

Hey Meir, I have had the same experience. And I thought it was supposed to send me out at the end of my attempts each time but never has. Very frustrating to say the least!
