A couple of days ago I am not able to save anymore, I followed all the suggested steps but no luck.

This doesn’t appear to be a Wix Code issue, more system related. For questions that are not related to code you can contact the Wix support team . You’ll get better help for your problem there.
BTW - You can try clearing your cookies and cache and see if that helps.
I cloned the site and then tried saving it myself. It saved just fine. I use Chrome on a Mac.
First, I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies, and trying again.
The site is quite large and takes time to load into the editor. Perhaps you are having network issues?
Have you tried this in another browser? This will also help us identify where the problem is (if there is a problem).
