Unable to verify 6-digit code when signup

Hi community,

I am new to Wix, and trying to build a website but facing a problem when people signup. I am using a template (Modeling Agency) for signup and login pages, the first two emails signed up successfully (I tried several days ago), but the third email failed to verify 6-digit code (I tried today), it shows the message below:

I turned on the Dev mode but cannot find the corresponding page, it works pretty well several days ago, but now it cannot even show the destination email address. I have no idea how to fix it.

Appreciate for any advice.

Just to confirm, are you using any custom code yourself or is this all the pre-built Wix login elements?

Can you share a requestId that has this error or the link to your editor so we can track this down if it’s an issue with our login form (and not custom Velo code)

I am using custom code on another page, but login elements is the pre-built Wix element in wix forum.

I tried to only use the given website template and simply add Wix forum then publish, but still, showed the same problem when signup ( I enabled ask new members to confirm email during signup). However when I enabled ask new members to confirm email after signup, it works well, I can just click the link in my email and finish signup.

Looks like something goes wrong if I enable ask new members to confirm email during signup?

May I ask what is the link to my editor? Sorry I am very new, is it just the url when I use my Wix editor?

Yes that is correct. Just the url when you use your Wix editor.

Hi Everyone. I’m experiencing the same issue “To finish signing up, confirm your email by entering the 6-digit code we sent to: ${email}”.
I used the custom pre-built wix sign-up elements and enable the subscriber double opt-in feature.

Is there any way you could help?

I’m having exactly the same problem. I only started testing a couple of days ago.

Absolutely no custom code on my part.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi mate, I enabled ask new members to confirm email after signup, so users can signup by clicking the link instead of enter the 6-digital code.
