Upgrading and Reactivating a Membership/Subscription

Hi…

I am using Wix editor and would like to know if a member “cancelled” their membership, is there a way that they can reactivate it without having to go through the entire sign up process again? For example, they can enter their email address and PW and then click “reactivate” as their billing and subscription info is already stored?

Also, what is the best way to prompt someone to “upgrade” their subscription? I have three subscription levels, basic, standard, and premium. If someone is on basic, we would prompt them with an upgrade button and on click they can choose between standard and premium and if someone has a standard subscription, then there would be an upgrade button that when clicked, it would prompt them to upgrade to premium. Also, say if someone wanted to downgrade from a higher subscription to a lower one. Is this possible, as well?

I know it’s a lot and I hope it all makes sense.

Hey did you ever get a response to this? I am currently stuck as a customer cancelled their plan… then decided to repurchase their plan… but even though their subscription is cancelled and expired, it still shows in the basket as ‘You’ve already purchased this plan’ and is unable to proceed. I have updated the subscription to allow people to be able to purchase more than 1 of them, but it’s not the best solution!

If someone cancels, and then changes their mind, we definitely don’t want to block them from resubscribing / reactivating.

Would be good to hear if you found a solution.
