Email support, how to downgrade?

I’m paying for two emails, but I only want one. I’ve deleted the email at gmail. How do I get Wix to stop charging me for the second email? 2nd question, how do I take a plan to basic from premium on emails? I can upgrade, but can’t seem to downgrade

According to this article, you’ll need to reach out to Customer Care to make the necessary adjustments to billing.
