I have been trying to figure out how to retrieve user input information and transfer it to a printable form that clients can either print off or email it on.
I have already created a page and a specific dataset that stores the information, but I also need it to simultaneously or connect to a printiable form that will populate the specific fields. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
