Vertical scrolling on Mobile site

I’m trying to replicate this scrolling repeater effect I have seen for a mobile site: Food | The Blue Stoops

I’m using Wix Studio and have managed to get something working horizontally but not vertically.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
