Even if I set the video width to 100% height and width, and undock it as well…it keeps adding a black background.
Does anyone know how to remove this?

I figured it out! I had to look up the dimension details in the downloaded video, and make sure it matched the dimensions of the video box (or was able to divide by 4 in my case) and make it fixed.
Hi! Glad you were able to find a solution!
Another option moving forward could be to change the video setting from “fit” to “fill” then it will automatically resize to ensure the black background doesn’t show no matter the size of the viewport. The only problem with “fill” is that it will automatically crop your video to fill the container (or whatever dimension you chose for the video player). Whenever I use the “fill” option for a product video like yours, I ensure that there’s a lot of white space (or whatever your video background color is) to make sure it doesn’t crop out the product itself (in your case, the phone).
Best of luck moving forward, and your site is looking GREAT, btw
