Video not autoplay on some devices

I have a question about the video autoplay. What should I do to make sure all videos are autoplayed. I have already set the settings to autoplay when load. I have asked some of my friends to test my site on different devices and some of them says they cannot see the videos play on mobile, esp when I share the social share link.

So, sometimes it might be device-specific settings, rather than site-specific.

I know this happens when the device has battery-saving mode on for example. And sometimes specific browsers block sound if it’s not enabled by the user. Perhaps something similar is happening here :thinking:

Is there a common theme throughout the devices? Like the same operating system, or type of device?

No actually it’s very random. Some of my friends phone play wells, and froze on desktop, and vice versa.
This afternoon, I have noticed that while I refresh my homepage, all the images and videos disappear on Safari as well. Only text is there.
And when I click into each projects, it loads only 2 3 photos and then stop and frozen.
Please help!!!
