Hello,
Is anyone having problems with videos on mobile sites suddenly not automatically playing even though the sound is muted? The video plays with no problem on the desktop site.
I have checked the ‘Ask The Community’ via the site menu where the solution is stated as ‘This problem is resolved’, but there is no answer given. Does anyone know how to resolve the problem? Thank you.

The video in question is near the base of the page, showing the opening times. The video shows falling coffee beans and a coffee being poured.
It is only recently that the video has stopped playing.

Thanks for the link to the site. I wasn’t able to replicate this behavior on iOS nor Android using a few different devices.
If you’ve tried troubleshooting already , it could be a local setting on the device .

@southerndowner Usually a straight shot of espresso. No milk. Nothing in between me and the coffee.
