Video will not play on ipad ?

Hello,
I have created an equipment simulator using video & velo code.
It works OK on pc’s but video fails to play on ipad - ANY IDEAS why this is happening?
How can it be fixed?
FYI I’m using videobox rather than videoplayer. I can’t get rid of that annoying start icon on the videoplayer.
