It’s nice to be able to toggle the visibility of hidden elements, yet ,even when they are hidden I can still click them and edit them.
It is important to identify them as I hover around, but it seems It could be very useful if they would have been locked when they are hidden.
I find myself working only in visible state, just in case, not to move them accidentally.
A hidden element is probably connected to code, and as you know, any move can disconnect it. It is a separate problem, but locking elements, at least when they are invisible, could help for that matter too.
Under the tools item in the editor there is option to show many things such as toolbar, rulers and so on. Below this you can see Hidden Elements. Click on this if it is unclicked and you should be able to see your hidden elements.
Had a similar issue - elements on the page that have been marked as invisible cannot be seen. I can see them in the layers, but I cannot move over them with ctrl-m (or ctrl-shift-m or tab or shift-tab).
Eventually figured I need to uncheck the “Hidden Elements” in the “Tools” menu and re-check again for them to show up. Looks like a bug in the Editor … FYI.
