Want to Run Vast Ad ( Video ad ) NEED HELP!

I want to run video ads from Hilltopads. For that, I am supposed to paste the above-mentioned code. I tried pasting it in the header section and then as an HTML blog post, but it is not working. Can somebody help me out with a workaround?
