With the Wix Classic editor, you can preview a site in fullscreen without creating a staging site or publishing the new changes directly.
I was wondering if the Wix Studio editor has a way to preview a site in fullscreen without staging or publishing as well.
if there’s no way to preview this way in the Wix Studio editor, are there perhaps any plans to port such a feature in the future?

By preview without publishing do you mean this ‘eye’ icon in the top right of the dashboard. This allows you to preview what the live site would look like without publishing.
Maybe thats what you’re looking for?

Unfortunately, no. The eye icon only allows the user to preview a site in a minimized view. I’m aware the user can upscale the minimized view using the widget sliders on the edges of the view window, but that is by no a fullscreen view.
The Wix Classic editor allows a fullscreen view without creating a staging site or publishing, and I was wondering if the Wix Studio editor has a similar feature.

If the feature needs to be proposed to be put on the Wix Studio roadmap, that’s fine as well.
This feature is now mostly implemented thanks to the latest Test Site upgrade.
