So I was using WIX code on my wix site and the editor freezes and wont save or publish. I tried different web browsers and different computers and nothing helps. Please help me solve this, I have a presentation due tomorrow.
Hi, can you please elaborate? You try to save after doing a specific thing and it freezes? Can you please send a screenshot of the browser console after the freeze?
Hi, have a similar problem. When I use the wix editor to add contents to my website, it freezes. I tried incognito and different browsers.
What did you add to the website? Are there errors in the console?
I was about to duplicate a page when it froze. Sometimes when it doesn’t froze, nothing happens, I mean I was able to click “duplicate” then nothing happens, no errors, nothing is loading and no page is duplicated.
How did you duplicate the page? Can you show the steps? When did it freeze? I don’t see on the screen where the page is to be duplicated.
Did you try adding a page? Does the same thing happen?
When I just click “add page” A new page appears that it froze. When I refreshed and tried to re arrange the order, it froze again. It keeps freezing.
This appears to be more an editor issue than strictly a Wix Code issue. For questions regarding the editor, please contact Wix support team . It may be a connectivity issue, a regional problem, or who knows - Wix support will know best.
