Hello, I’m working on a simple website to optimize loading speeds. I’ve fixed images, fonts etc but on GT metrix I get a huge amount of javascript requests tha pretty much are from wix and I have no control over. I think is unacceptable after wix turbo a simple site to take 9 seconds to load. I’ve got the content of the page to be just 0.6mbs and then I get the static.parastorage.com to be 2.7mbs with 170 requests! Any tips?

Hello Brett, if you mean https://www.wix.com/turbo/home/ then yes. But it doesn’t even show me a waterfall loading chart so I get the full picture of how I can improve the loading speed. That’s why I used GTmetrix.
I just looked at the site on mobile and desktop, with a slowish 3G connection, worked and loaded very fast. Great looking site, I’m a mechanic with a Wildtrak and performance background, it really grabbed my attention.

Can i know what measures you took to speed up the site?
