I received an email from wix crm.wix.com.

They have a reference ID, etc., and say that there is a message.

During our recent review of your website, we noticed redirect activity that may send visitors to third-party pages. While not always malicious, this type of behaviour can affect the browsing experience and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I tried this AI to make a ticket to Support because that not give anything helpful tips, etc.

Because we don’t have any redirects, etc., on our page.

So, is this a valid email or phishing?

If it’s coming from wix.com, it should be a legitimate email and crm.wix.com is a real email; however, as stated here, @crm.wix.com comes from what a site visitor entered into your website’s contact form.

In this case, you report it as spam as stated here: Wix Inbox: Managing Your Inbox | Help Center | Wix.com

You can also setup spam protection on your site form that can help prevent these kind of messages.
