Website thumbnail in Dashboard and Workspace

Hi!

So, the thumbnail for a website I manage shows the 404 page and not a thumbnail of the live site. I am seeing this both in the website’s Dashboard and in my Workspace.

I believe this happened when I changed the site owner for the website but I am not sure.

I am wondering how I can revert to a thumbnail of the live site.
