What's the process for reporting a bug?

Does anyone know the best way to report a Wix bug? I’ve tried using the typical Wix channels but I always get in touch with someone who is unable to answer my highly technical questions, who has to forward my questions on to someone else. This takes forever.

Is there another way?

You can ask in here, maybe someone will know how to handle it.
You can call the support and tell them that it’s high priority and maybe they can expedite their research.
