What I’m trying to do
I need to talk to a Human about something that is occuring which is not in the help documents

What I’ve tried so far
AI robot - requesting a chat with a human but no one has arrived or sent another message for over an hour

Is it something that the community might be able to help with?

The chatbot should help with connecting you to the right team to best assist (it might recommend resources along the way). If you answer the questions, it should take you through to Customer Care if you still need it.
