I have been having issues for weeks now, and no one seems to be able to help. All was fine when I started, but then I couldn’t add collections from dashboard to editor. Support said I was doing it right, but couldn’t understand why they were adding. Shortly after raising the issue collections started adding OK. Now the issue has moved to a new stage…
I add one new product and then set up a brand new collection. I then I add the collection to editor, and it accepts it. The issue now is that the new collection shows every image from every collection, even though there is only 1 image listed in that collection.
I have not changed the way I work in adding images & collections, so why did collections use to add with only the images in them and now they add with every image on my website?
I try to manage collections from editor, and it only shows 1 image in there. I make a new collection, and try again, but it adds every image from every collection. I rename the collection, and it stays the same.
Anyone know why this is happening??? I can’t update my website as I can’t add anything new.

From what I understand, you’ve already tried contacting Wix Customer Care.
However, if the issue persists, you will need to contact them once again and provide all the details regarding the issue.
In order to save some time, try to troubleshoot it using our Wix Technical Assistant . If it doesn’t help, mention it when submitting a ticket (what exactly did you try to resolve it).
Also, attach a video of the issue (recreate the issue when recording it). Once our agents have more information, they will be able to further investigate the issue.
