Sign up form subscriptions are showing as Spam, but they are real people, how can I move to regular ones in Wix Studio

Move those spam subscriptions to regular signups.
Thank you David! The problem was resolved and I was able to mark them as not spam, super helpful, appreciate your help. I’m wondering how can we avoid this in the future, it will be hard to manually track them on daily basis, I’ve used Advanced and reCaptcha. That being said, I’m glad to have found a way to fix the issue manually.
