Same as title. Why can’t I choose the 12 euro plan when moving a core wix editor plan to a wix studio plan?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to move the (yearly) core plan I got for my wix editor site to a wix studio plan, but it won’t let me choose the 12 euro plan because “To upgrade your Premium plan, select a plan that offers more features than your current one.” I don’t understand this. I only want the 12 euro plan for the wix studio site.
What have you already tried:
Well, I tried moving the plan and looked up why it won’t let me choose the 12 euro plan but I can’t find anything for this.
Additional information:
I bought the plan when it was 50% off and when I try to move it it says I get 127 euros in credit, but that’s not enough to cover the 20 euro plan that’s available for choosing.
