Why Has Vector Art Changed?

Vector art pieces with several colors were completely customizable.
Now I can only change one color leaving them impossible to use with site colors.

So if a vector art is purple, red, and green - I can change the green but not the other 2 meaning it’s useless unless those eyesore colors match my site.

Anyone know why this change has occurred?
