not changing colours in editor

Does anybody have the same issue? I created a youtube video to make clear my problem:

I cant change any colours on my site. Not in shape, not in background, not in text. Not the old ones, and not even if I add a new one. Nothing works.

I cleaned cookies, cache, I have the latest google chrome on my laptop. I tried from other computer, it is still the same problem. Now since 2 weeks. My other websites from Wix are good, only this one has this problem. I find it very strange.
Anyone any idea? I am getting stressed because I should publish the site but like this, i cannot…

I would be soooo grateful if anybody could help me with it…

yes… But no solution so far. Also, it is very slow how they write back :frowning: I was very happy with Wix, now I am sad that they dont have a real support for emergency…

I am reaching the technical support team since 2 weeks now. Problem is not solved.

I’m also having this color issue with blog posts. It is not accepting the chosen color for the background. I have tried deleting and re-adding etc. I have raised a ticket (2 weeks ago) but no resolution yet.

Stephanie, try to zoom out your browser window to 90% and then it should be allright.

I think we have different issue, since you just cannot save it, and for me i didnt have the colour palette… The support is working on that problem, and they just found that if I change the browsers window size (zoom out fe for 90%), then it is back to normal. I dont know if it works for you, but you could try at least… I hope you will get an answer soon too!
