Why i cannot set "Delivery profile" from "edit product" page?

I’m having trouble with
I used to set Delivery profile when creating or editing new product but now I cannot set this from product, only from Delivery Profile settings. It’s very hard to set because from Delivery Profile I cannot filter product and it show me lot of the old, hidden products.

What I’m trying to do
Delivery profile should be easy to set when creating new product. It could be also connected to category.

I checked and I believe this is related to the change in the store catalog. That being said you can reach out to our Customer Care team who is collecting the feedback and forwarding it to the relevant team. By reaching out to them, you will be notified regarding the status and updates for this feature.
