Why is our Wix site not live 2 days after connecting our pre-owned domain?

i have live the site with our pre owned domain. its been 2 days, still the site is not live in Worldw

It’s hard to say without knowing what the domain is - are you able to share it?

Did you go to the site and click publish? I initially forgot that step

It’s very unlikely to be a propagation delay at this point. I mean the issue is incorrect or conflicting DNS records at the domain provider.

I’d suggest going back to the DNS settings at your domain provider (not inside Wix) and checking the following:

  1. Remove all existing A records for the root domain.

  2. Add only Wix’s required A record: 185.230.63.107.

  3. Delete any AAAA records if they exist.

  4. Make sure the www CNAME points to www.wixdns.net.

  5. Save changes and give it a few hours.

After that, use a tool like dnschecker.org to confirm your domain is resolving to Wix’s IP globally.
