Why is the layout between devices so different?

Question:
I created a Privacy Policy for my page and did the edits in the Desktop view as you are supposed to. But now that I am looking at the tablet and mobile even the order of the titles and paragraphs are wrong and mixed around. Anyone knows why this is and how I can fix it?

I am using Wix Editor.

have you stacked the items on the desktop breakpoint ? this may sort you issue out. Or just edit the other breakpoints to suit what you want.
