Why Won't My Blog Post Image Update on Preview?

See the two attached images. The one with the mail icon is the image I want to appear in my blog post preview on the /blog page and on the home page blog teasers. The image you see of the outdoor cafe is the default image that came when I created the post and this is the one that appears on the /blog page and home page teaser. When I publish the site, the mail image is appearing in the post, but not in the teaser or /blog page. What am I missing?

have you adjusted the feature image in the settings ?

Thanks, Dan. I got it in that Post Setting by toggling the Featured Image off and then back on, then it picked up the image I had used as a replacement. Cheers.
