Wix app notifications not matching traffic overview in wix account

I have the Wix app on my phone that sends me notifications of when someone is on my website. They hop on and hop off quickly. The notifications never match the Wix Overview Traffic in my account.

I only have a handful of visitors a month according to my Wix account.

I’ve had maybe 15 notifications from Singapore (I feel like someone is trying to hack my website) and a few others through the Wix app in the past two 3 days and I received a message through my Wix app “from Wix support” that my site may have malware (which I googled is likely a scam). I searched my website on the Google Transparency Report to see if the site is compromised which it didn’t find anything but also it’s only updated through March 21, 2025. I have cyber security on my computer and is up-to-date.

In my Wix account, the traffic says only these countries. Why do the notifications never match the Wix reports? Is it because these are the only ones who accept cookies?

This sounds more likely to be crawlers (like Google) viewing your site. It usually happens when you have Wix Chat installed on your site, to notify that someone is there.

And yes, analytics are only collected for those that accept the cookies for it
