I’ve changed the Wix Chat app to the new Wix Smart/AI chat and the notification have stopped coming through when a bisitor visits my site, the notification usually comes through the WIX app, however these have stopped

What I’ve tried so far
I’ve tried changing it from smart AI 24/7 to manual, and still nothing. All notifications are turned on on settings
Extra context
Just deleted and reinstalled the Wix owner app, and I got this notification? Ice installed Wix smart chat via the desktop. Is it not compatible?
