Question:
Why doesn’t the zoom link and meeting information get added to google calendar when the client (after booking) through wix bookings can see the zoom link when they haved added it to google calendar.

What are you trying to achieve:
I want the wix meeting information that is emailed to the client to be added into google calendar when they add it after they have booked. I want it to go there automatically. Not have to copy and paste into the google calendar after the fact. That is too much to ask clients who might not be that savvy.
What have you already tried:
I’ve rung wix, I have checked everything my end and tested on other sites.
Additional information:
Is this something you could get sorted or are you working on it? Because client is asking me to find another solution and move away from wix bookings and I really DONT want to do that.

After booking, the user can add a g-cal invite; but, it still doesn’t appear to have the zoom.
When wix later generates the invite, this does have the zoom invite.
Hey Wix, we could use an update here. More and more clients are getting annoyed. More and more of potential clients don’t show up. This is causing us revenue woes.

I’m happy to share that the new emails have been released a few months back.
The new confirmation emails have an attachment of an ICS file which is an calendar file to “add to calendar”. When this invite is added to the client’s calendar it includes the zoom link.
So the client has the link in the email, calendar invite attached to the email and in the reminder email (if you enabled it). So I belive this will have it covered.
