When is Wix going to stabilize their business tools Noah?
I want a solid booking system that doesn’t duplicate entries and ruin my books, I want a more intuitive interface for viewing where my customers are in their pricing plans, speaking of which I want a way to manually send them a pricing plan as opposed to booking in special services that are at a packaged price and then manually entering makeup appointments.
It’s beyond a joke. Unstable AND unintuitive.

Hey @user287!
Moved this to its own topic under the feedback category.
I’m not aware of anything that would cause duplicate booking entries. If you have any more details that would be awesome. I’d also recommend reaching out to Wix Support to investigate further.
Either way, I appreciate the time taken to share the feedback and will make sure it makes its way to the relevant team

Hey Noah,
Thanks for the response, I have done that and not heard back yet. Response times on bugs are far too slow for anyone to take Wix seriously beyond a hobbyist level.
My point was more that you should be focusing on stability, before manufacturing another ecosystem you can’t possibly maintain.
The wix iOS apps for example, are lacking in both functionality and stability. There are payment features that are only available through the apps, but then only last week were square payments added for bookings or pricing plans.
The documentation is just abysmal, so much information that is either outdated or just not very forthcoming. Nothing is connected and everything is disjointed.
Again, these are just examples of where poor management has lead to a broken and fractured experience for business owners like myself. The only reason I haven’t moved to Wordpress is because I don’t have the time, which is a good problem to have. However, eventually something will happen that will critically affect my business and Wix will have burnt yet another user.
If I was a betting man I wouldn’t put much stock in Wix.
